What we collect. Browsing the site and calling the free MCP require no account. Standard server logs (IP, user agent, request path) are retained briefly for security and rate limiting. The access-request form records exactly what it shows you: your name, work email, organisation, intended use, the terms version you accepted, the time, method and requesting IP — kept as the auditable acceptance record.

What we do not collect. No tracking pixels, no advertising identifiers, no sale of personal data. Index data itself contains provider pricing observations only — no personal information.

Contact & removal. Write to the operator (contact being finalised with counsel) to access or remove your acceptance-record personal data, subject to our need to retain evidence of executed agreements.

Full privacy practices (controller identity, jurisdiction, retention schedule, processor list) are pending final review by qualified counsel.
