Terms & data licence

1. The free core. Daily AEPI, published sub-indices, their complete published histories, aggregate captures, methodology and verified current constituent identities are free. Permitted uses: internal commercial research, agent workflows, internal caching, and attributed charts or research findings ("Source: AEPI — Agent Economy Price Index, powered by Agentery"). Ordinary MCP calls and aggregate CSV/JSON downloads require no account. Feedback is optional. Legitimate aggregate history downloads are never classified as database harvesting. Public data can be copied; these terms do not attempt to reverse an authorised download.

2. Restricted products. Complete individual plan-price histories, historical constituent archives, detailed source-evidence archives, separately contracted institutional delivery, support and redistribution, standalone replacement feeds, dataset resale, and index-linked financial products each require a separate commercial agreement with recorded organisational terms acceptance. No prices, service levels or availability are promised for these today.

3. No advice, no execution. AEPI publishes observed advertised prices and derived indices. Nothing here is investment advice; reported research associations are not net trading returns or established alpha; no trading execution is offered.

4. Integrity. Releases are dated and append-only; corrections create new releases. Observation, retrieval, publication and revision times are kept distinct. Where an original publication time does not exist, it is stated as unavailable rather than reconstructed.

5. Accounts and agents. Organisation credentials are issued only after explicit, recorded terms acceptance by a person confirming authority. Agents inherit their operator's entitlement; a tool invocation is not organisational consent. Credentials are revocable; secrets are stored hashed.

Operator identity, governing jurisdiction, contact details, liability terms and data-rights specifics are pending final review by qualified counsel and will be inserted here before organisational agreements are executed. This page is the working licence for the free core in the meantime.
