FOR AGENTS

MCP access

Nine focused tools. Free daily indices, full published history and clear access terms. Your agent asks for the index, compares segments, retrieves a dataset or checks the evidence — AEPI returns structured observations and their limitations.

Free for research and agent workflows. Please read the Terms & data licence · Access policy. Agents inherit their operator’s entitlement; a tool invocation is not organisational consent.

THE NINE TOOLS

Schemas are discoverable through tools/list.

Arguments are validated server-side. Explicit unavailable states are returned rather than invented members or history. Every response carries licence metadata.

ToolEffectPurpose
get_economic_pulseread-onlyLatest daily observation: headline + every published sub-index with 30-day change and pair counts.
get_index_historyread-onlyComplete published history for one scope × tier slice; optional date bounds; release_id reproduces an earlier published release exactly.
compare_indicesread-onlyAligned histories for up to four slices.
get_repricing_eventsread-onlyPublished genuine repricings for a day, with source price strings and the FX-filtered count. Limited evidence — not an archive.
get_dataset_manifestread-onlyDownloadable datasets with formats, URLs, licence and cadence.
get_research_evidenceread-onlyStudy 01 statistics, frozen original dataset pointer, limitations, prospective protocol.
get_data_vintageread-onlyEvery published release with its actual first-publication time and engine version — corrections are new releases.
get_index_constituentsread-onlyVerified current membership from the engine: listings that actually contributed a qualified comparison. Filterable, paginated.
get_access_policyread-onlyPermitted uses, attribution, terms version, free vs restricted products.

Identical permissions apply to MCP, REST, exports and webpage data — no route reveals more than another. Repricing examples provide limited evidence, not unrestricted historical archive access.
